Protecting our kid’s body image in aesthetic sports

The way our dance teachers and coaches talked to us about our bodies and food was unacceptable and scarring. So how do we feel anything but terrified letting our kids get involved in these beloved yet profoundly risky activities?

Learn how to honor your kid’s passions, advocate for their safety, reduce risk for eating disorders, and get a little healing for yourself while we’re at it.

Workshop will be in Eastern Standard Time and recordings available for all registrants.
