Session 4: Body image hacks and home healing

Many of us carry legacies of food and body shame — we know we don’t want to pass it on, but we also know we have unhealed wounds.

If we want to raise kids who feel good inside their bodies and around food, we need to look at how we’re doing on that front.

*All sessions will take place from 2pm-3pm Eastern Standard Time and recordings delivered to your inbox the day after.

This workshop is for you if…

  • You know you have body image issues, but just assumed that was “normal”

  • You want to learn how to incorporate life-hack style healing into your every day life.

  • You want your kids (and yourself!) to have the strategies and skills needed to navigate inevitable body changes across the lifespan.

  • You want to model a more peaceful relationship with food and body for your kids
