All bodies.
All foods.
Always welcome.

Body-Positive Home is a learning and healing hub empowering you to nurture a more embodied and inclusive next generation – and heal your own food and body stuff while you’re at it.

Welcome Home.

Our bodies are our homes and we all deserve to live peacefully inside of them.

FEATURED IN

The generational cycle of food and body shame stops with you. You are moments away from transforming your homes, schools, and communities into places that boost immunity to our appearance-obsessed culture and ensure you, your children, and your neighbor’s children enjoy everlasting food and body peace.

Education and support for parents

Education and support for parents

Most of us want to boost body-positivity in our children’s lives, but don’t typically know where to begin. Our resources are your blueprint to integrating body-positive strategies into each and every corner of your life. You’ll find hundreds of bite-sized lessons on Instagram, @mybodypositivehome, likeminded community in support groups, and more in-depth learning in live workshops.

Professional development for school professionals

Professional development for school professionals

Without body-positive language, protective curriculum, and clear policies influenced by eating disorder prevention, staff and faculty are at risk of unintentionally increasing risk for disordered eating and missing hard to catch signs that a student is struggling. We offer professional development workshops and consultation to faculty, from preschool all the way through high school, to ensure school is a safe and inclusive space for people of all shapes and sizes to grow and thrive.

Workshops for middle and high school students

Workshops for school professionals and middle and high school students

Adolescence is prime time for body consciousness, diet experimentation, and the onset of disordered eating. Our workshops help students get protective conversations started about body diversity, body respect, body image, body neutrality, “healthy” bodies, body talk, and how to bring inclusive, body-positive values to the classroom.

The body image
support you never got

How can you instill body confidence in your kids if your own body image has been corrupted? We offer body neutrality training that will move you towards the relationship with your body that you want and deserve. The extra layer of protection it will give the kids in your life (and generations to come) is a nice bonus!
