Drop into this virtual gathering for live support on your body-positive (self)nurturing journey.

Live on Zoom, Eastern Standard Time.

Whether your grew up with your own food and body shame, or you’re just eager to say the "right things" so your kids have a shot at a decent relationship with food and body... this space is for you.

Zoë will address your specific questions and hold space for all to connect around issues related to food, eating, feeding, movement, inclusive healthcare, and living in/raising a person with a body in diet culture.

What to expect:

  • A healing and supportive space to bring your unique questions and challenges

  • Not therapy, but therapy adjacent themes and topics are welcome

  • A slow build community: as we get going it might just be you and Zoë (extra time spent on your unique questions and topics of interest!) Over time, more will join

  • A place to discuss the practical application of content you’ve connected with on social media

  • Personalized feedback and “thoughtful next steps” from Zoë to help you on your body-positive (self)nurturing journey (ie. resource recommendations, clinical recommendations when indicated, etc…

*These sessions will not be recorded.
